Fresh produce is a perishable commodity and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged without a reason unless there is a quality issue. However, if the issue is due to our fault (wrong item sent, significant weight shortage, or extremely poor quality), we promise a full refund or a free reshipment.
The pictures look so good, but will the actual product I receive be very small or of poor quality?

Regarding "Storage and Preservation"
Live seafood (such as crabs and shellfish): Please consume on the same day. If not intended for immediate consumption, store in the packaging in the refrigerator (not frozen), covered with a damp towel, but do not soak in water.
Chilled/Frozen seafood: Please immediately place in the freezer (below -18℃). Do not refrozen after thawing.
